I was called by one of their consultants to assist me with my debts issue. firstly, they sent a Debi check mandate before explaining how they are going to assist me. I was forced to accept the Debi check mandate of 700, it's been two weeks and no documents were sent through to me. I called them this morning and one of their consultants was rude and never offered any assistance instead she told me that they are going to debit 700 + the 2500 whether I like it or not. I do not understand how this company works and their staff is rude and offer poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
