Refund from order I didn't receive

I bought some items online and they delayed to deliver them. I opted to cancel the order. I bought the items using PayJustNow. Now they don't want to refund. I've called many times and sent email, still I was not assisted.

I communicated with PayJustNow and they said it must be Finishing Touches who should contact them about cancelling the order so that they can refund me.
