Finishing Touches-Worst Company In Johannesburg!!!

Last year some time, we purchased blinds through Builder's Warehouse. They in turn used a company called Finishing Touches. The blinds came at a huge premium at around 10K. What we received was a load of cheap garbage. <br> <br> The blinds were all buckling on their own systems and drooping by half a meter. They couldn't be opened or used and on one instance when trying to open them, they pulled right out of the wall. Just bad workmanship and poor quality in general.<br> <br> On top of all of this, it took about 3 months just to get them to rectify the issue. They avoided phone calls etc... Allowing us to catch out the staff lying, when one person would say someone is not in and 5 minutes later, another person would say they were there.<br> <br> After complaining, they were asking us (the client), to write them apology letters for letting Hello Peter know about their terrible service. They were extremely unprofessional, they were rude telling us they weren't going to help us because we publicized the matter, they hid the matter from head office and they were generally very shady! We cannot believe Builders Warehouse actually uses a company like this!<br> <br> Avoid this company if you want a good set of blinds!!!
