Delivery of incorrect blinds and late response

I bought 10 custom made blinds from Builders which are made and fitted by finishing touches on the day they came to fit them one of them was apparently still being manufactured at the factory and the sizes were written incorrectly and the one bamboo blind for our main door was slightly shorter which was our fault we did not consider the height of the door when it is opened. <br> <br> I informed the installers to re size all of them , there was no feedback from the company for two weeks until i called i spoke to Ashley and she informed me the door blind cannot be re sized and set up an appointment to come install the remaining blind, unfortunately the sizes were wrong and and when i called they insisted i go to the shop and reorder and get a 25% discount which i think its unfair because they never informed me that the blind could not be changed till i saw and returned it for 2 weeks.<br> <br> Ashley said her area manger will call me and decide what to do with my situation it has been another 2 weeks and there is still no feedback and the company has both blinds with them ,This company is inefficient and unreliable its unfair that i have to be treated this way after spending R20 000 on their blinds
