COMPLIANT RESOLVED

Post placing my concerns on this site I was immediately contacted by Denise from the head Office of Finishing Touches who was very sympathetic and solutions orientated . She sent Steven to my home to evaluate the installation and the rails etc were removed, the wall was patched and the purchases were re-sprayed. They were re-installed a week later and I now consider this matter fully resolved to my satisfaction. I acknowledge that sometimes in business things do go wrong and I commend both Denise and Steven for their proactive attitudes in attempting to resolve the issues at hand . I also appreciate that Finishing Touches responded very quickly to my complaint (within 4 hours) - well done for being so happy to listen to your customers.
