Cancelation of order - poor delivery

This is the second order I have placed through Finishing Touches - Sunninghill Builders Warehouse branch. I order 2 made to order curtain rails, 4 finials and 4 curtain tie backs. I gave measurements for the curtain rails. Approximately 2 weeks after the order was placed and paid for in full I realised that the tie backs would not be suitable as by security gates would constantly knock them when opened. I called the factory the cancel the tie back order. It was still two weeks to delivery. I was advised that it would be discussed with management and someone would call me back. No one called me. I had originally proposed that instead of a refund I be offered credit and that I would happily order something else from the company. I called again a few days later and was advised that I could definite not get a credit as It would be too complicated for them to manage and that they were not happy with a refund but that the owner would call me. The installation was scheduled for 8am on Saturday morning. The team arrived at 10:40 eventually and I gave them careful instructions about the height of installation.
