Bad product - bad customer relations.
Bought a Finishing Touches ready-made blind from Builder's Warehouse. Within 13 months, the cord had frayed and it wouldn't open or close, rendering it useless. Finishing Touches refused to do anything about it. Bad product - bad customer relations.
