Free promotion

I purchased a new Bosch dishwasher on the 22nd of September 2022. At that time a promotion by Finish was being advertised of a free R1000 gift with ANY new Bosch dishwasher. After the purchase registered proof of purchase on Finish website as required. I was surprised to receive no acknowledgement after the registration. It’s been two weeks and not a peep from them, and it seems that they are conveniently forgetting about their commitment. It seems to me that this is really misleading/********** advertising and I wonder why Bosch would allow their name to be involved in something like this. By the way I see that some other people have experienced similar problems.
