Damages goods and bad service

The Finish powerball all in 1 max dishwasher tablets that we bought was very expensive and all of them dis not dissolved. Therefore the dishes were still dirty. We phoned the customer care number on the package ***and the person who answered the phone immediately said "give your number so someone can phone you back" he was very rude as well and didn't want to assist us. Nobody phoned us back and we do not know were else to phone to report the complaint. This product is very expensive and we feel it need to be reported
