Worst Service
This is the BIGGEST mistake I have ever made. I got told when I joined that it would take 5 years and I would be done. I get told today that I will now be on until 2028. The fact that the time frame can change is not explained by the consultant and is included in the fine print. You get pushed to sign, change your bank account and accept the debit mandate but this is not explained. When I call and advise that I am at the point where I cannot afford the payment anymore and request if someone can help then I get threatened and told that it is my problem and no one can help.

14 Nov 2023, 15:10Dear Jonathan,
Thank you once again for sharing your feedback on our services.
It's important to highlight that, given your court order's existing status, we are unable to reduce your installment amount. Doing so would be in direct contradiction to the court's order, potentially allowing creditors to terminate the debt review process. Additionally, when you initially joined us, the remaining term on your vehicle was approximately 67 months, excluding the balloon payment. By including the balloon payment in our arrangement, your term is now at least the same or perhaps even shorter than it would have been otherwise considering the amount of your balloon payment.
We've provided you with details about the term on multiple occasions. Furthermore, when you requested a reduction in your installment, we thoroughly explained the reasons behind its impossibility. We understand the challenges you're facing with your income, but certain constraints are beyond our control.
If you have further concerns or require additional clarification, please feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
FinFix Team
