Very unhappy at this stage. I sold my car 6 months ago to relieve the financial burden, and still the installment gets dedected from my account, even after I accepted the new Debicheck mandate amount. Each month the refund takes a few weeks. This month I’m unable to pay my rent because I’m still waiting for my refund. Response to me: Please explain to the landlord the situation. Please rectify this once and for all. This is causing more financial stress than helping! This is not acceptable.
