04 Mar 2021, 10:49Hi Donavan, it is a sad occasion. However, payments were missed or short paid in September of 2020 as well as April, June and July of the same year. We made numerous calls warning of the risks of not paying. We also forwarded a "non-payments risk letter" warning of the threat of asset seizure in July of 2020 where after another payment was missed. A debt counsellor will give you a call today to discuss your options.

04 Mar 2021, 11:05The reason the payments where missed was from you side. You guys missed the first payment to MFC right at the start of the contract and you guys tried to increase the monthly installments numerous times. I have all the statements to prove payment for every month. The only payments not paid was during the the first lock down when I app**** for a payment holiday which you guys approved. So we need to sort it out but you guys just withdrew from paying MFC. I will not recommend you to anyone in future. Thank you for putting me through hell. But we will see each other soon.
