Chantè was absolutely amazing. Very honest. And informative. Thus far in the process of our dept review process finfix has been friendly, and truly taken us by the hand and guided us step by step. I have not had one of their employees who have made me feel like is was a nusens or irretated because i phoned to much. Yuwal hase been woderfull as well as Bernice and all the other people i have spoken to.

I would however make one suggestion. Ons the what's app group. I would like to sugest that the agents contact the client a bit quicker as oposed to the autimated message. This is stressful and it just helps calm the situation if the client knows finfix is responding too you, no matter how nutty you are, it helps calm the client and it provides excellent service to speak to a person, emediately. Thank you to everybody for all you hard work and patience.
