Ongelooflik sleg, as hulle jou eers het met al hulle belogtes dan begin die moeilikheid , gelde word nie oorbetaal nie, navrae word nie beantwoord nie, wag nou al vit drie weke op antwoorde maar niks

We are in contact with your creditors and are still waiting for the feedback you have requested as well as we need to keep in mind that creditors work with turnaround times to provide feedback. It can take 10-15 business days at the most.
All payments are being made to your creditors as per the statements you receive monthly. This is also why the National Credit Act has it written that a Debt Counsellor may not work directly with a client's monies, they are only allowed to work with a client's money by means of a registered Payment Distribution Agency.
We do apologize for the frustration and stress that this has caused and will keep providing you with feedback as we receive the same from your creditors.
