Stay far away.

Do not use these ppl, they load extra costs onto the debt review court order, and have zero feedback on why their amount is almost R2000 pm more that the court order, only response you get is it is the waterfall effect this they don't even understand, waterfall means that once a creditor is paid up these funds need to divided between the rest of the creditors, not added to the monthly payment you as client are paying.

Hi Hein,

We take your complaint very seriously. Please refer to the email that was sent through  to you.
We would like to clarify the points below regarding your concerns:

  1. Annual Increase: There is no R2,000 annual increase on the application; the increase is only R400, as discussed in our recent communications.
  2. Court Order Terms: The granted court order reflects the same escalation structure as previously outlined.
  3. Agreement on Annual Escalation Correction: We have a mutual agreement with you to credit your account directly every six months with R900 (R150 x 6) through FinFix, due to an incorrect annual escalation initially app****. Our team has scheduled reminders to ensure this adjustment is consistently honored, maintaining compliance with the court order.
Although the court order does not explicitly state the annual escalation, this is detailed in the cascading (amortization) schedule, which shows the annual increase in payments. As discussed, the waterfall effect also applies to these payments.

Based on our last conversation, we understood that all matters were resolved to your satisfaction. If there are any additional concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

We remain committed to assisting you throughout your debt review process. However we have received your additional concerns and we are addressing the same with your credit providers and will provide feedback as soon as possible

Best Regards,
FinFix Team
