Slow and cumbersome
This debt institute was not my first choice but because of promises made saying that the person who initially said we should go with them will handle everything and now I have someone else who doesn’t even know what is going on. Don’t waste your time and money with this place - rather go to any other place. They say anything to get you to just say yes and go with them - be wary. Very unhappy with the service - 0/10 would definitely not recommend anyone to go through the hassle of dealing with these people.
