Shannon Took the Cup

When I pick up the phone this morning to asked for assistance about balance letters my call was referred to Shannon and that was the first time, we have engagement telephonically, she was so friendly and helpful. Within a minute she provides me with the letters to her avail. What I can attest is that all customer service consultants are very helpful, but Shannon took the cup for me. Debt review is a difficult process to go through for the survival of a person's assets, but Shannon have made me feel like a somebody in this world.
