Serious lack of feedback
No receiving feedback on the WhatsApp message I send to them. Emails previously sent also still not answered. Every month more creditors hound me for payments that are in arears. How am I under debt review will all my credit providers, if Finfix hasn't notified anyone? If I lose any of my property because of debt collectors, I will take matters further.

Once again thank you for brining this under our attention.
Your creditors were notified and you also have a granted court order in place which they are obviously ignoring. We will be in contact with them to find out why they are not adhering to the granted court order.
You will not loose your property as the granted court order protects you from any legal action. We would like a list of the creditors telling you that you are in arrears with them to investigate with them as to why they have not restructured their accounts.
One of our friendly consultants did try to call you but will make an appointment to phone you on Monday as we understand that you are not always available.
We apologize for the inconvenience and frustrations this has caused.
