it was stressful just to take the first step, but once it was taken the Agent on the phone was tremendously helpful and the stress level dropped down, due to the explanation of the procedure. My application took a little longer due to that i had to apply for a Divorce first and during that time the Agent always checked with me on the proceeding via what's app and on the day that i received the court Decree she prompted me to send all the necessary documents, so she can put the application in as quick as possible.
