Refuse to renegotiate

I am so tired of complaining to this company, we had sold our house and most of our possessions just to survive. After selling our house we managed to pay off some creditors so our installment dropped from 25900 to 12750 whereas i have on numerous occasions explained and send through a new budget to them we cannot afford more than 6000 a month, both my folks had to move in with us due to medical reasons. They refuse going back to creditors to renegotiate a rate that will help us. I have lodged a complained at the national finantial ambudsman for assistance i am up in arms. Today i received a phone call from Samantha Fourie saying she has really tried her best to bring it down, but still not renegotiated with the creditors now finfix aca afriskuld i am asking you what more must i sell to put food on the table
