Protect yourself

They fast and helpful to get you to sign up, but once you have joined they go against what has been discussed. After I agreed that I would pay with EFT, and did the payment on time, they went ahead and added a debit order which deducted a second payment off my account leaving me with nothing. When I try contact them to get a refund i am first ignored with no contact for 3 days, then after I'm told I will have to wait 8 to 12 days for a 'possible ' refund... I am now left with nothing and very little urgency or sympathy regarding the matter.
