Poor Communication and very unhelpful.

I don't like to use these platforms and always try and resolve issues directly, but with Finfix the reaction on our queries are handled in a hogwash manner. The staff seems all young and disrespectful, as if they have the right to do so because we are in debt review. We have paid R 193310.00 towards our debt during a four month period but the total balance on all accounts only came down with R 15224.25. When we call them they say that is what they get from the IPDA and creditors and the info is correct. So in my opinion they are not helpful with queries. We find it strange that all creditors are giving the wrong updates through. I would like to report them to the NCR.
