Over promise and u der deliver

I have been with Finfix March 2023. 18 Months later and this has not been signed off by the court yet. For the last 6 months I have been having issues with the attorney they appointed. Where I have sent them supporting documents several time and they keep on requesting same. i have brought this to the attention of Finfix several time but they dont bother to help me. Instead they promise to help and then does nothing. My case is up agian on Monday 19Aug and I still dont have the affidavids they require me to sign. Since Monday I have called Finfix on a daily basis to assist me however to date they have not given me any feedback, they give me the sam line everyday and that is that they will follow up. I have requested the details of the Finfix compliance department several time as I want to refer the matter to the ombudsman. To date I have yet to receive this from them. Dont waist your time with this company they just do not care!

 Hi Cornel,
We understand that there have been some challenges throughout this process, and want to address your concerns.

Here’s a brief overview of the key events:
  1. In November 2023, we initially proceeded without Proof of Residence (POR) as our offices were unable to receive same but requested it shortly after to ensure proper jurisdiction.
  2. We followed up multiple times in late November to gather the necessary documents. During this time, you informed us about your upcoming move.
  3. In February 2024, we took further steps to finalize the necessary legal documents. Despite our efforts, we had to continue following up to receive the required paperwork as these documents were necessary for the court proceedings.
  4. In March 2024, after receiving your documents, we moved forward with setting a court date, we therefore informed you that your first appearance will be in June. Due to not receiving the necessary consumer documents we were obliged to postpone.
  5. Since then, there have been ongoing follow-ups to gather a few outstanding documents, including proof of income and an affidavit. I understand that this process has been frustrating for you, especially with the multiple requests for documents.
  6. We escalated the issue internally in July after you expressed your dissatisfaction, and we have been actively working to resolve it since then. The latest step was taken in August to finalize everything before your upcoming court date.

We acknowledge the inconvenience you’ve experienced, and can assure you we are committed to resolving this matter efficiently. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further concerns or need additional clarification
Kind Regards
FinFix Team
