Not reducing interest rates as advertised

FinFix didn't help to reduce the interest rate. They only managed to increase the term. Now I'm paying more interest than what my payment is, thus I will stay under Debt Review. I've asked for my repayment plan and is still waiting. After 6 months of trying to get a court date they weren't managed to reduce the interest rate and they came to me with an increased amount that I need to pay. I've already paid 6 months and the lawyers already took there cut, so I couldn't go over to another company as they already put me in arrears with my creditors. I will not recommend them to anyone. They take forever to respond.
