Horrible service stay away
Very bad service, they have incorrectly distributed money as they see fit. And then turn around and blame me. No communication between departments. No body accepts any blame. It makes me sick.

05 Feb 2024, 08:25Dear Hugo,
Following our previous direct communications with our supervisors, we have addressed your concerns since December to ensure that the funds are allocated according to your instructions. We can confirm that the allocation of funds has been correctly executed as per your request. Please refer to the statement we have sent to you via email for confirmation.
Regarding the interest rates, as determined by your court order, they have remained unchanged since the initiation of your process. As we have previously communicated, in accordance with the National Credit Act, creditors are not obligated to reduce their interest rates, despite our efforts to negotiate reductions on your behalf. We assure you that your funds have not been app**** towards any additional interest charges.
We are currently awaiting a "refund" from one last credit provider to the payment distribution agency, which will allow us to allocate the remaining funds to the account you have specified. As our supervisor has discussed with you, we are dedicated to resolving any issues our clients may have and aim to make this process as smooth as possible for you.
Should you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Payments Supervisor or Customer Care Supervisor directly.
Best regards,
The FinFix Team
