FINIX NOT COMMUNICATING AND SLOW PAYMENTS CAUSING HAND OVER

We have had nothing but problems since the first day we joined with Finfix.

During this whole process, I was unfortunate to be retrenched, and what a nightmare to get the insurance to kick in, which eventually happened.

But our problems are even worse now. No one communicates with us what we are supposed to pay and what the insurance is paying. There was such a delay last month with the payment that after my wife enquired payment was suddenly made. This however created another problem where one of our creditors handed us over due to late payment last month. It's going to happen again this month because no payment has been made by the insurance. This is unacceptable. We came to you to assist us in ensuring that our suppliers can be paid monthly - ON TIME. We have to keep on enquiring regarding the amount to be paid and promises are made which are not kept. this is unacceptable.

To top all of this off, we have been enquiring regarding the payment for November receiving messages from Finfix that we need to pay. Not knowing the amount to pay, we took our last bit of money and made the same payment for this month as we had made last month.

What type of company is so inhumane not understanding that you cannot understand the urgency and the seriousness of the matter? Neither I nor my wife asked to be in this situation. Due to Covid and loss of income, we were forced to go this route. Where is your humanity to make an effort to resolve this? I don’t think you have ever had to go to bed not knowing where your next meal is going to come from. You have the ability and resources to change people’s lives. But you are *****ing your clients even further. We will never recommend Finix to any of our friends.

The NCR states that both parties must make sure everything runs smoothly, but it is only us that do that.

A useful tip – share a whatsup with the client the same day to confirm what amount is due. It will not cost you a cent.

Our next question to you is, why is our interest so high? Were you not supposed to negotiate a better rate for us? It will take us years to get out of the Debt Review if we go on this trend. People are complaining on Hello Peter as well that they had to negotiate their interest to pay off their debt quickly. Or is this another money-making scheme for you to keep clients? This is not good business. You even went as far as pushing up our instalment after we informed you, we could not pay more. You need to revisit our payments and interest with our creditors to get a lower interest rate, this is what you are being paid for.

I truly hope that between the few of you, there is at least someone who still cares about us, the clients. And that you attend to all of our inquiries.

Put yourself in your client’s shoes for just one day, it is not always because people cannot manage their money. Sometimes situations force people into debt review.

 Hi Marius,
As the office discussed with you today we will refund the excess of the payment that you are not responsible for.  We have also explained how the funds are to be distributed and an email was sent to FinSafe.

We have copied you into all the communication to FinSafe.
