FINFIX - Worst service every!!!

This is my second review. the first review they removed because it was me that was the issue. Then the promises and lies started.

We are almost 3 months later, and my accounts are a mess. The surprises keep on coming up. As soon as I think my accounts are paid up, I receive a new surprises that needs to get paid. I am tired of them giving me promises that they will sort out my things and nothing is being done. Their service are the worst. Each and every time I speak to another consultant and then the promises starts all over. I have asked questions on why they stopped paying my accounts and nothing. The one question I surely asked 5 times, why the account was stopped and not paid.... I always get the answer that they will see why. When I wanted to move over to another company, they contact me and said that my issue will be resolved by the Tuesday....we are a month later and still I can't get my certificate. I contacted the suppliers and requested the information and paid them. I started the whole process on the 4th of February 2025. If I don't get any response today, I will get my attorney to assist and will report them to relevant institutions where they need to be registered.
