Finfix Failed To Pay a Creditor for Three Months

Finfix failed to pay a creditor for three months that caused the account to be terminated. I am being bombarded by Attorneys, making it clear that, that account has been terminated due to no payment and that I am now liable for the arrears amount. It is almost two months now that I have been struggling with Finfix to rectify this situation with the Creditor, but al they say is, they are working on getting the account restructured. This is totally unacceptable that Finfix offers a service and then cause unnecessary complications due to their inadequacy to correctly distribute to all creditors and should be held responsible. They received their full payments for those three months as stipulated on the court order but failed to pay as per the court order. Where are the payments of those three months that wasn't distributed? Why are they so extremely slow to rectify their mistakes? Can they be trusted? Really bad service!
