FinFix Debt Review

Awesome service from day one right through my process to getting out of debt review, found staff to be knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to assist. Telephonic queries were normally dealt whit in one call and if the agent said they will phone back they did. Email queries were in the majority of cases answered and resolved on the same day or within 24 hours. Had no harassment from creditors, if I received communications from creditors I either emailed it to FinFix and it got sorted quickly with a reply from the consultant that it was sorted, or phoned a consultant who assisted and in the majority of cases the query was sorted there and then in some cases the consultant would phone back later to acknowledge that they communicated with the creditor and that its sorted. All payments to creditors were made on time by FinFix I had no issues with creditors not getting paid. The monthly breakdown received from FinFix was easy for me to understand and to to track where the payments went to. I would recommend FinFix to anyone looking at Debt Review I am glad I took the decision to go into debt review sooner rather than later
