Finfix bad service
Finfix is not bad, but take their time to do something for you. This can take long and don’t go the extra mile.for you I was promised to have a look at reckless lending from my creditors but this was not done as promised.I am not happy if they promise and service is not done. It seems that they don’t care and don’t fight for you

08 Feb 2022, 09:25Good day,
That is where the disappointment starts. Evaluating the monthly repayments to the current income. When you apply for credit you are assessed on what you are earning and not future earnings. Before you publish these facts make sure that you know your facts.
My first application that I app**** was for a home loan . Assessment was done and all income declared even my extra income. At that time I was earning R22000 per month and had R6588 at my disposal to use. This is Standard assessment done on my financial status in 2020. All other credit given was directly there after.
Look at your assessment of reckless lending based on the repayment of R33 700. In 2020 when credit was granted was I earning that salary, no. So how can you do an assessment of reckless lending on future earnings. Such assessment are plain not worth the paper it was written on. If this is how Finfix does assessment then I have a problem with your services and definitely am worried about the way you look after customers rights. I don’t think that this is the guidelines given by the National Credit Regulator on assessment of reckless lending to be done on future earnings. The credit should be assessed on the time the bank granted it to you not two years later. Did you get my application from the creditor on the home loan. Did you see I declared additional earnings. So your comments on exaggerated earnings are unfounded.

08 Feb 2022, 09:57Yes, but on this assessment it stipulates the assessment done by the bank on me and what income I have at my disposal to do repayments when I app**** for the loan.. If they granted me Credit card, vehicle finance and revolving credit for R14000 of repayment and according to the the Home loan application I only have R6588 disposable income . Then there is a problem don’t you think so.
The joint application has two individuals assessment done and a disposal income for each done to decide if the grant the home loan yes or no. Then this expenditure is put on your credit credit.and considered with any credit application. The home loan credit on my credit report is R24000. How do you grant further credit if you according to expenses already indebted.
