Finfix and finsafe

I went under debt review by finfix. 2 years after Im busy with debt review I was medicaly boarded and declared unfit for work. When I wanted to claim from my credit life insurance to pay my debt off. I was told that the credit life insurance was cancelled by finfix that I took out at MFC bank and wesbank. No finfix tells me they are not paying for my debt at MFC and wesbank. I never gave finfix permission to cancel my credit life insurance by the banks..
