FINFIX and Afriskuld - Disgraceful Horror.....
Finfix/Afriskuld - Customer service is non existing! During my two month nightmare in trying to sort out my query, I dealt with at least 6 different people. A simple instruction was blatantly disregarded. Finfix/Afriskuld does not want to take ownership of their admin mistake, and I must bear the consequences...... I am disgusted by the lack of service they are willing to provide. STAY away from this company and save yourself a lot of head aches..........

We recently confirmed that a sequestration order was granted after your debt review application, which required us to terminate your account. Since 9 September, we have communicated with you about the sequestration order and the need to close the account. We have also provided updates regarding the refund process from the creditors, and an administrative fee refund has since been processed. Our team is continuing to work on obtaining the relevant refunds from the creditors in a timely manner.
