I personally find it very difficult to see how and if outstanding balances are getting smaller. It sometimes show no decrease and one even showed the outstanding balance was more than it was initially. I feel it is not transparent enough. It would have been easier to get statements from the companies itself to show payments made and outstanding balances reducing.
