Fin Fix poor service

Very bad experience. Since last year April they stopped pay some of the creditors and I received all the emails and calls from the creditors. I've send statements to them to adjust their outstanding balances to show there is still outstanding amounts......take 1 year to resolve. Now the creditor is paid up but they still do payments. I've send emails monthly with statements to show them their balances are wrong. I've asked please before you pay confirm with me so I can approve the payments is correct. NO REPLY., This month again wrong payments done and some creditors did not receive payment. I'm going to withdraw from them and do my own payments. To much effort and way to much time consuming to reconcile their incorrect payments monthly. They dont even request statements for settlement balances if the account is nearly paid up. Just go on with paying. Admin on their side very poor. Send emails, receive a email ticked closed with no reply. Will not ever recommend their services.
