Fantastic Service form Neil Bruwer

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Neil Bruwer from Finfix for the amazing service, support and professionalism he showed me.

What makes my experience with Neil even more impressive is that I have not been a client of Finfix for several years, yet Neil still went out of his way to assist me. He treated my situation with genuine concern, professionalism and urgency, and made me feel as though my problem was just as important to him as it would have been if I were still a current client.

For some time, I was receiving calls from ABSA almost every day, insisting that I was not under Debt Review. It became extremely frustrating and stressful, especially after repeatedly trying to get the matter resolved.

Then Neil stepped in.

With just one call from Neil to ABSA, the entire situation changed. ABSA not only understood the situation, but are now extremely apologetic about what had happened.

The difference that Neil made was incredible. His knowledge, experience and willingness to help were exceptional. He didn’t simply give me advice — he took the initiative to get involved and help resolve the problem.

It is rare to come across someone who provides this level of service, especially to someone who hasn’t been a client for years. Neil genuinely went above and beyond, and I am extremely grateful for his assistance.

Thank you, Neil, for your incredible support, professionalism and for going the extra mile when you really didn’t have to. It is greatly appreciated.

I would highly recommend Neil Bruwer and Finfix to anyone looking for people who genuinely care about helping their clients and former clients.
