Wow.... Finfix... I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I had received from your company from the very first time I've made contact with you guys. The staff was warm and friendly and also very accommodating, as there has been a bit of a struggle to get hold of me. (thank you for the patience by the way) for not giving up. You were very helpful to me, communication skills, explained everything into detail which made me feel at peace and not doubt you for a second. From the first day you made me feel like family.. Like you've known me for a long time. I am proud to be part of you.
