Don't be fooled by the very Friendly start!!!
Very friendly and helpful when they start and want to take your money, but when you start enquiring about a refund, that is rightfully due to you - NO help at all with excuse after excuse. A refund is very clear, especially if they agree and know what went wrong, no grey areas - it is black and white. Refund my money that is it!

Unfortunately we have not received any positive feedback regarding the credit provider who has continued to deduct their monthly payment from your salary. We escalated the query with the aforementioned credit provider and are awaiting a response. In the meanwhile however we will pay the R3255.13 that was deducted into your account. Once the credit provider returns the funds we will collect the amount. If no payment is recouped or repaid to you we will provide a fee discount and report the matter to the NCR for their decision on the matter.
