Docs still not fixed
Incorrect docs being provided, waiting 2 months for the docs to be corrected.

From our side the Supervisor from the legal team has been in constant contact with Ms Scherman. Ms Scherman also expressed her gratitude today upon hearing the resolution and the process we will follow from here on forward rectifying the error. It is to be noted that the initial error occurred due to incorrect information received from your side however, we do understand the frustration and we are trying to get the matter resolved as quickly and amicably as possible.
We do endeavor to remain within the NCR guidelines.
We hope to afford you a better experience from here on forward.

We refer to the start of the process where we did explain to you that the first incorrect instalment was due to a balance that Ms Scherman incorrectly confirmed with one of our registered debt counsellors on 10/10/2022. We will resend the email explaining the same for your ease of reference.
Drafting of legal documents can take time and I am sure that you would appreciate the extra time and effort being put into drafting the correct documents to ensure no more errors occur.
