<div>Again you called me for an account for restructuring, you admitted per email no restructuring was done. Again or either still the debt review flag is still on my name. No court order has been granted, no reconstructuring was done. Your 17.2 suddenly appeared when i cancelled. And bigger joke, your 17.2 looks exactly like your 17.1. From what i understand a 17.2 should contain a proposal of restrucured debt. Which yours did not

So i dont owe you anything, you however have no right to keep a debt review flag on my name so remove it. Or the new year will not be merry and bright. I promise you i will take this matter further.

You cannot keep the flag on my name as 17.2 did not exist when i cancelled. And you cant claim reconstructuring fees from me when nothing was done.

Telling me to ignore fees and just sign blank documents. Most of the expenses on those lists are lies. Is that they way you do business. By committing lying on clients paperwork. Wow.</div>

Good day Lynne

Thank you for reaching out to us again on HelloPeter. We value your feedback and want to address each of your concerns thoroughly.

We understand that you are dissatisfied with the Debt Review flag remaining on your profile. As previously explained by Chané and Christine, who have been diligently assisting you, the Debt Review flag can only be removed once all the debt under review is fully settled. This is a standard procedure in debt review process, as set out in the National Credit Act, to ensure responsible debt management.
Regarding the 17.2 notice, it was indeed sent and made available to you before your request to cancel or suspend our services. This notice is a crucial part of the debt review process, and we ensure that it is shared with our clients promptly as per the National Credit Regulator's regulatory requirements.

We acknowledge your assertion that the DMC accounts have been prescribed. However, without concrete proof to verify the status of these accounts, we are unable to proceed with that assumption. It is important for such claims to be substantiated with evidence, and we encourage you to provide this proof or directly contact your creditors for clarification.

Your concern about being held liable for fees is noted. While it is true that the accounts weren’t restructured by a court order, our team completed all administrative tasks associated with your application up until the point of cancellation. These tasks form a significant part of the debt review process, and the fees charged are for the services rendered during this period. We assure you that you are not being asked to pay any legal fees.

Regarding your income and expenses, our records indicate that the budget was confirmed based on the information you provided and was validated in your signed documents and the recorded confirmation call. If you believe there has been a misunderstanding or error, we are more than willing to review this information with you again for clarity.

If you have further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact us directly.

Best Regards,
FinFix Team

o my hat you people can lie like professionals. I told her my expenses are not correct and she said it does not matter.
Concrete proof was given on the DMC accounts, your people did not want to accept it.
17.2 appeared after I cancelled.
I am being charged a restructuring fee - not an admin fee

you are trying to hold the debt review flag over me to get money out of me. That is the only reason it is still on my name. I cancelled way ahead . and your 17.2 is not even legit, i have seen REAL 17.2 docs and it includes a restructuring proposal that yours does not. It does not even have a real signature on it, it is a photo copy.

So please do bull**** someone with ZERO BRAINCELLS, i may live in robertson, i was not born here
