Best experience ever!

My wife and I recently required the services of Finfix, after being in a very stressful financial situation. From the start, I was assisted by the most professional staff members. They had so much empathy for our situation and reassured me that we will be okay. I dealt with 4 staff members in total, taking me through different aspects of the process, each person being very helpful, friendly and professional. After my experience with the company, I felt heard and safe. It really was one of my best customer service experiences ever. They really put the individual first, which is refreshing, as most companies are only in it for the money. Finfix wants to help and does it well. Well done Finfix team!
