Bad service
Highly not recommend to any one so when you missed a payments or debit order its means there no funds in your account right ? ...... Pre termination at what cost .... They will smooth talk and lie I was told if a debit order doesn't goes threw they will take it the next day or until the third it's hardly the 1st but my phne is blowing up my accounts are not update at what cost pre termination please

We can however not provide a service, distribute payments or facilitate the debt counselling process without your payments. Bring your account up to date within the specified timeframe and the pre-termination flag will be removed.
