Awful

I had a court date in June I send my docs in May and had a driver to come and fetch it. Only this week we are now in Aug did the advise me that there will be a new court date because I did not send my docs. Debit order went off but I got 2 msgs to say that my accounts was not paid so where did that money go that they deducted? How can I cancel this with no cost as they are in bridge of contract
