Bad experience with Finesse Properties, Panaorama, Cape Town

You should think twice before renting a property through Finesse Properties. They tend to change the requirements on you as a tenant once they have your deposit. I was told to replace the silicon before I moved out, even though it was in a disgusting state when I moved in 2 years earlier. I was also told to trim the trees before moving out, which I did, and after I moved out I was informed that it did not meet the requirements, of which I was not notified beforehand, so I ended up paying twice for the same thing. When I handed over the keys, they were not ready to do the exit inspection. Be careful.
