POOR customer service

I have NEVER seen such poor customer service in my life! I signed up for 2 yearly subscriptions. I did all the necessary documents and proof of payment etc....they never gave feedback on any enquiries. I had to send my initial info 4 times! Long story short, they do NO customer care. First month without delivery when i questioned it they said they dont deliver in Pretoria??!! Why didn't they tell me that from the start? I received 1 delivery and it's 5 months. Once they receive the money they don't care at all. Please never make use of Finesse magazine, they are pathetic!
