Unpleasant and Unprofessional

I recently purchased the Swedish full body massages for my parents, as birthday gifts. We were so excited for this visit as they never have been to a spa. Upon arrival they were told that there was no parking available for their car, so they had to park in the street despite no car guards to watch their car. Gillian (receptionist or whoever) had a very bad attitude when addressing them about this. Firstly let me say: HAVE RESPECT FOR YOUR ELDERS and secondly: TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE!!! The service they received was unacceptable: 1. They were disrespected as mentioned above. 2. They were told by the staff to get undressed completely, and to put towels wrapped around them, there were no private rooms for them to change and no robes were offered to them to put on. They were expected to undress in front other people!?! 3. The towels that were laid on the massage tables were not changed - they were used for the previous clients who were there. 4. No place for them to hang their clothing up, which resulted in a lot of ants getting into their clothes. 5. They weren't offered even water to drink. 6. The massages they received were appalling, they were not asked how they would like to be massaged e.g. hard, soft, medium. 7. The pool/ house that is so wonderfully advertised online is nothing to the real thing. Pool was dirty and green, How can you mislead customers in your advertising so? That alone is *******. 8. Staff were unfriendly and made them feel very uncomfortable! How can you run an establishment like this? People come to you to feel pampered and relaxed, instead they come out feeling dirty and uncomfortable. WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING THERE EVER AGAIN!!!!! I want feedback from Finesse Beauty Centre on this!
