Most unprofessional and unfriendly staff ever

The two ladies at the reception desk are the most unprofessional and unfriendly staff I have ever come across at a spa/salon. Placing their hand in front of their mouth does not stop the client from seeing their s******ing, raising eyebrows and shaking heads at each other. They thought that because I'm busy with filling in the forms that I would not see them mocking me and for some reason these two ladies believed that I (the customer) would be too stupid to notice this. <br> For such an establishment you would expect the staff to create a relaxing and friendly atmosphere, however, the experience I had was the exact opposite.<br> I would rather walk out and forfeit the money that has already been paid, before I subject myself to that kind of insulting behaviour. <br> I would not recommend Finesse Beauty Centre to anyone as the staff's condescending attitude was hardly conducive to a professional and relaxed atmosphere.<br>
