Fines and Warrants Assist

I made a payment in November and December they said they needed R1200 to clear the tickets. I have been asking them everyday and finally asked for my money back and I have not received it. In total I have sent the a total amount of R1900. Anyone that knows how I go about to get legal action against them please help. I would advise people to stay away from them. I cant use my car now
