Extreme incompetence by Aadil of Fines and Warrants Assist Pty Ltd

I needed 2 vehicles that I had sold transferred into the name of another owner. I commissioned Aadil from Fines and Warrants Assist Pty Ltd to assist with this process and push the documentation through the licencing department in Plumstead, Cape Town. He was very willing to get started and even came to my home to collect a document. I paid him in full upfront and gave him all the original documents of the vehicles (He said he could not do the transfers with copies).

However, that is where all action stopped. He took the money I paid for the licence transfers as well as a good fee. All was paid into his account. After 4 months of no action and a long list of excuses I finally said to him to return my funds and my documents.

Since then despite contacting him every week I get one empty promise after another that he will return the documents and he will make the payment but I have still to see the same.

Do not use this company, he has some good staff but the company is held up by a completely useless and *********** owner who is not able to deliver in the slightest on his promises. It is now 6 months and I still do not have my papers nor all the money I paid him.
