Don't get fooled

I requested their assistance on 29 March to reduce fines and summonses and was asked to pay R700. To date my request has not been completed. I have asked for a refund of my money and was told that they will gladly refund my monies but to date I am still struggling to get my refund. Very unprofessional company, continued empty promises, slow response times and poor service. I dealt with the company's manager Aadil Alexander who wouldn't even address his clients as sir/madam but will greet saying heyta. This guy would read WhatsApp msgs and blue tick you. One has to harras him for a response.
