A waste of time and money.

I approached their offices at Watergate Centre on 6 August 2021 to reduce 3 of my fines and was asked to pay R1360. The owner confirmed that he had received the money in his account and I was told that my fines would be reduced and cleared the next week. To date my request has not been completed. I have been following up almost weekly but I am not getting any responses.I have asked for a refund of my money but have not gotten any response. This company is very unprofessional and they do not answer any phone calls and do not reply to Whatsapp messages. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone as they are quick to take your money but will not deliver on what they promised.
